BlueGrass Shipping Containers specializes in the sale and delivery of new and used shipping containers, refrigerated containers, container homes, storage containers, modified containers, and related products throughout the United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and selected Caribbean destinations.

💰 Pricing & Quotes

All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, steel prices, freight costs, fuel surcharges, supplier pricing, or currency exchange rates. Quotes remain valid only for the period stated on the quotation.

🛒 Orders & Verification

Orders are considered accepted only after written confirmation by BlueGrass Shipping Containers and receipt of the required payment or deposit.

💳 Payment Terms

All financial transactions are executed in US Dollars ($). Payment must be cleared in full before standard unit dispatch or custom engineering preparation begins, unless formal corporate credit terms have been explicitly authorized in writing.

Buyers are fully responsible for all applicable state, local, or federal sales taxes, commercial usage tariffs, or site levies.

🚚 Shipping, Logistics & Risk of Loss

All parameters regarding handling speeds, transit times, order cut-off constraints, and mandatory site conditions are governed by our standalone Shipping & Delivery Policy.

The risk of loss, damage, structural deterioration, or environmental liability transfers entirely to the buyer immediately upon the driver executing the hydraulic crane (Hiab) drop-off and the buyer’s authorized site representative signing the official Delivery Acceptance Receipt.

⏱️ Delivery Schedules & Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, port congestion, customs inspections, traffic, mechanical breakdowns, third-party carriers, or force majeure events. Estimated delivery dates do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

🚜 Customer Delivery Responsibilities

Before delivery, customers must ensure:

• Adequate site access & safe unloading area.
• Stable and level ground.
• Clearance for delivery equipment (no overhead obstructions).
• Compliance with local zoning requirements.

If delivery cannot be completed because the site is inaccessible or unsafe, additional transportation, storage, or re-delivery charges may apply.

🔍 Inspection & Customer Modifications

Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage or shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. If production, modification, transportation, or logistics arrangements have already commenced, cancellation fees may apply. Special-order and custom-built products generally cannot be cancelled after production begins.

🛡️ Warranty Terms

Any warranty provided is limited to the warranty expressly stated in writing with your purchase. Except where prohibited by law, no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are provided. Used containers are generally sold without additional warranties except where expressly stated.
