  1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the size, transportation costs, and customized nature of shipping containers, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
SELECTION RESPONSIBILITY
You must provide proof of purchase.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the container.
You must provide photographs and a description of the issue.
The container must remain in substantially the same condition as delivered
The container is unused
The container is unmodified and in original condition
Customization Services

Non-refundable once customization work has begun, as these services are tailored to your specifications.

Our Sales Team is available to assist with product information and recommendations to help you make an informed decision. For any questions or assistance related to returns, refunds, or quality concerns.
The container delivered is significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase.
The container arrives with major structural damage not disclosed before sale.
The wrong container was delivered.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. Documentation such as photos and videos may be required to support your claim.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or modified containers.
Containers sold “As-Is” or marked as final sale.
Containers that have been moved, altered, painted, or modified after delivery.
Containers damaged by the customer after delivery.

  1. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting the container upon delivery. Any visible damage, defects, or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately.

Failure to report issues within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

  1. Exchange Policy

We may offer an exchange when:

An incorrect container was delivered.
The delivered container does not match the agreed specifications.
The container has significant undisclosed defects.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If a replacement container is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Refunds

If a return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take 7–14 business days after approval.
Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective container.

  1. Shipping and Return Costs
    If the return is due to our error, Bluegrass Shipping Containers will arrange and cover reasonable return transportation costs.
    If the return is approved for reasons not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return transportation and related fees.
  2. Damaged or Defective Containers

If your container arrives damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs and supporting documentation.
We will investigate and determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
