- Site Preparation Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is suitable before delivery.
Your delivery location must provide:
Firm, level ground
Adequate truck access
Sufficient turning space
No overhead power lines
No low tree branches
No overhead building obstructions
Safe unloading area
For installations on soft ground or grass, customers should prepare:
Concrete pads
Railroad ties
Pressure-treated timber blocks
Gravel foundation (where appropriate)
Failure to prepare the delivery site may result in a failed delivery and additional transportation charges.
- Delivery Inspection
An authorized representative must be present at the time of delivery.
Upon delivery, customers should:
Inspect the container for visible shipping damage
Verify the correct container was delivered
Confirm locks and doors operate properly
Sign the Delivery Acceptance Form
Any shipping-related damage must be reported immediately before the delivery driver leaves the site whenever possible.
- Failed Deliveries
A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:
The delivery site is inaccessible
There is insufficient clearance
Ground conditions are unsafe
No authorized representative is present
Access gates are locked
The customer requests cancellation after the truck has been dispatched
If a delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances within the customer’s control, additional transportation and redelivery fees may apply.
Any applicable charges must be paid before a new delivery appointment is scheduled.
